Cafeteria operations
Cafeteria operations including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner where applicable
Food
Coordinate cafeteria operations, menus, dietary requirements, hygiene, billing and reporting around your employees and operating requirements.

What's in scope
Most food contracts cover what gets cooked. The harder parts — vendor compliance, billing, dietary tracking, hygiene audits, subsidy management — usually land on Admin and HR. We take all of it.

Cafeteria operations including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner where applicable

Menu design and rotation, including regional, dietary and allergen requirements

Vendor selection, contracting and ongoing performance management

Hygiene, food safety and quality audits with documented corrective action

Billing, subsidies, payroll deductions and employee communications

Reporting on participation, wastage, feedback and unit economics

Integration with the food technology layer (pre-ordering, payments, feedback)
How we work
Most of our food engagements start with a two-week assessment: who's eating on site, what the current vendor is doing well and not doing well, what the budget looks like, what the team actually wants. From there we propose a service model, set the commercials, and onboard the new operation with minimal disruption.
If you're keeping your existing vendor, we step in as the programme manager and the operator reports to us. Either way, you get one accountable team.
Specialist delivery

Scope, service availability, response windows and commercials are confirmed for your enquiry.
How we work
Share the services, people, locations and existing setup relevant to your organisation.
Kaffeine Kingdom coordinates the relevant partners and clarifies practical requirements.
Review service scope, availability, commercial terms and escalation routes before delivery is agreed.
An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm availability, pricing or a service commitment.
Questions before you enquire
Yes. Select this pillar, any relevant subservices and other pillars in one brief. Each service can have its own location and requirements.
Share your organisation, location, priorities and current setup. The optional Food questions help us understand the scope. Detailed commercial and delivery arrangements are discussed separately.
When online enquiries are configured, the brief is saved and acknowledgement emails are queued. Kaffeine Kingdom reviews the requirement with the relevant specialists. An enquiry is not a contract or confirmation of availability.
